New Tradition Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your New Tradition purchase of a product, please call 1-800-SHOW-CHORUS (1-800-746-9246) to request help with your problem.

All of our sales are considered final and no refunds are available.

Show / Concert Tickets

Show / Concert tickets are not refundable under any circumstance.

We will exchange your ticket for a different performance of a given show pending ticket availability. For example, we will exchange a Saturday evening performance ticket for a Saturday afternoon performance of our holiday show. We cannot exchange tickets for different shows (e.g., Spring for Holiday, Holiday for Spring, different years).

If you have ordered tickets and have not received your order within 10 day of the order, it is your responsibility to notify the Chorus in a timely manner of such non-receipt. Please call 1-800-SHOW-CHORUS (1-800-746-9246) and inform us of the problem. Tickets not delivered in the mail due to problems can be picked up at the show at our WILL-CALL office.

Tickets are mailed starting 10 weeks before the show and cease mailing 10 days before the 1st show performance. All orders received within 10 days of the performance will be held at the WILL-CALL office.

Recording Sales

Recording Sales are final and are not refundable under any circumstance.

Defective Items

If you discover that you have a recording that you believe is a product defect, please contact 1-800-SHOW-CHORUS (1-800-746-9246) to request help with your problem and work out a replacement.

Challenge of Credit Card purchases

If you choose to dispute a charge to the New Tradition through your credit card company and that dispute results in a ruling favorable to the New Tradition Chorus, you agree to pay the New Tradition chorus a $20.00 processing fee as all disputes result in a charge to the chorus by the credit card processing company.
